Pasig City hall… Corrupt!

September 11 i went to Pasig city hall to get a Authenticated Birth Certificate at NSO. Hmm.. The hall is big and very wide. It has 5 floors…  Mint green color walls and ceilings. Ok we move to the 3rd floor at NSO office. While reading all the instruction i have notice that my birth certificate will cost Php 155.00.  P/125 for the NSO & P/30 for the TREASURY OFFICE!!!  Why?! Para saan? Para saan ang fee na yun? NSO Main office fee for BC is only  Php 125.00!!! Dito 155!!! This is there procedure…


STEP 1: NSO Window 1 ( Get your form for (BC or marriage contract or etc. copy )

STEP 2:  PASIG CITY HALL TREASURY WINDOW ( Pay 30.00 here ) ; hindi kapa bumubunot ng pera eto na bungad. " Barya lang po wala po ako isususkli sa 500 o 1000 kasi ni reremit po agad namin ito."  Bayad… Resibo agad… sabay talikod.

STEP 3: PILA NSO Window 2 - Dito ka magbabyad ng Php 125 for your BC or Marriage contract etc. copy na kailangan mo. After mo magbayad at ipakita yung form mo at resibo ng Treasury Office ng Pasig City hall. Pagbalik ng form mo Wala na yung resibo ng City hall at resibo na ng Binayaran mo sa NSO ang naka attached. ( One day processing if you go here early. I have to go back in the afternoon for the releasing.)

STEP 4: NSO WINDOW 1  RELEASING… Nakuha ko 

Hay… my birth certificate worth Php125… ans where is Php30 i pay for… wala. Corrupt! Corrupt!

The same day i went to NBI Pasig City hall branch also to get a NBI Certificate. Pila nanaman… again i read the instruction… Before paying for Php115 at NBI window one… first you must have a Cedula… Cedula from Pasig only!!! Grabe… even though you have a existing cedula you must pay for a new cedula again taken from Pasig City hall. Ok Proceed to the 2nd floor and get a cedula! Toink! Php 29.50 for the cedula… ANG MAHAL!!! Ok after paying for my cedula they will write down all of your details. Then <ping!>  no thumb mark. Ask them sasabihin pa sayo wala e… see another corruption from that municipality! Ang alam ko dyan lahat ng duplicate page ng cedula mo and your original copy may right thumb mark mo… pano sila ma audit ng COA niyan if walang thumb mark it means hindi nila pinapasa yun!!! And it is not valid. And ang alam ko sa Cedula wala pang 30 pesos unless you declare your income tax dun mismo sa cedula!!! Super corrupt talaga!

last year ka pa pala kumuha fyi lang po ngayon Php 140 na ang bayad sa bc at mc na authenticated plus ung dating 30 lng na babayaran sa treasury office ngayon 60 na sya and ung cedula is 48.50 na tapos pag la silang panukli nde ka na rin susuklian. grabe talaga

ganyan talaga ang mga nasa gov. kahit na nga sa iba kulang na lang ibigay ang nga binipisyo sa tao kinukorakot pa at kahit sa nga maliit na impleyado ng city hall ng pasig curupt talaga sana umaman sila at magkasakit ng malubha

i think yung sa cedula dapat di ka na kumuha if valid pa yung cedula mo. you can get your cedula anywhere in the philippines, as long as its valid they will accept it kung yung ang requirements nila.

wala na! basura na ang bansa natin lalo na ang pasig. kumuha ako ng NSO birth certifcate yung surname ko U sa mga magulang ko O. tapos pinakuha nila ko ng certified xerox copy ang lumabas yung totoo na letter O talaga, sa kanila rin galing. how come magkaiba ang certified xerox copy at ang NSO copy? tapos ipapabago ko daw yun magbabayad daw ng 1,500 per letter sa mali. pano kung lahat yun mali? tapos 3mos ang process, eh apply abroad ako maghihintay ako ng 3mos e ang hirring this month. tapos may baklang payat pa dun na kala mo kung sino matalino tinarayan pa ko. tapos ang daming window window dinidilaan lang naman at hinihipan ang papel. pwede naman lahat sa isang window. bwiset!

kahit mahal ang bayad tulad ng sinabi mo, marami pa rin ang kumukuha nito kasi convenient. kung kukuha ka nun sa mismong office ng NSO pipila ka rin, malayo pa. isipin mo na alng na yung P30 eh para sa pamasahe nung maghahatid ng application form mo.
