PENNY: sinse 2004 pa yang EON nayan, pero ngayon lang nila pinalandakan yang Paypal na yan. Pero dati papala pwedeng gawin yun.

JANUS: Mag EON card ka weeks lang andyan na credit card mo, isang damak mak na papers tapos ilangbuwan pabago ma approve. Atleast to walang maintaining balance.

Well, eon card is just a waste of time. Paypal declines my account number and states that It has been denied by the Bank and i have to contact the bank that issued my card. I need a debit card to ACCEPT Payments!!!

To my disappointment, i tried calling the trunkline , customer care.. I have to wait hours and finally i get hold of somebody but the sad thing is ….. DOESNT KNOW!!!! what a customer service. !!

I just wasted my 350 for nothing!!!!

so ok na ba yung card mo? naverify na ba ng paypal? meron na akong card. hindi pa ako nakapagdeposit pero naverify na bah?

KAREN: Kailangn kasi may deposit yang card mo kahit piso para may history. Hindi nila tatanggapin yan if wala kang hulog.

Gen: Ok na ung card ko since last year month of november. Mag deposit kana. Then call customer service through phone para sa 4 digit code mo na ilalagay sa paypal account.

I did not have any problems with EON card at all. I read a lot muna and search online before applying my eon card to paypal eh.

good gawd! the same problem with me! although I was able to acquire my eon card a week after I applied online. PayPal also gave me the same frightening message. good thing I found your post so now I now what I could do to possibly solve this problem.

That happened to me also. Paypal denied my card before but the problem was when I called the customer service of Unionbank, they said that the debit restriction is (or was?) not yet lifted. Maybe that’s the case with all of you.. just wait one more week and then you’ll be able to fully verify your paypal accoounts.

Mine is now verified and I withdraw money every week ^_^

have you resolved this issue already? why not give another try and register the same card.

i actually received the same message when i first enrolled my EON card with paypal. The problem maybe is, you did not put any amount on your card or you deposited some amount but did not wait to have the amount reflected on your card.

When I had the same message, I just waited for 2 working days then ayos na.

Weird. I had that problem and Union Bank had no answers for me, but the next day it worked na. So ako personally, I’ve had no problems except for that very first time a month ago, which took less than a week to be resolved (and I don’t even know HOW it was resolved)…

you don’t need to wait for the EON of Union Bank… as long as you have savings account here in the Philippines…

I use Virtual Credit Card to verify my account for only $10/480Php and just add my BDO and BPI saving bank account for withdraw purposes and that’s it… No hassle to wait EON for 1 week and another 10 days activation before it can be use on paypal…

Just purchase VCC today, get the VCC info after 2-12hours (depends on availability)
and enter it to paypal account… And wait for the Paypal Code from Paypal.com for 2 days…

Then already verified…
